Jo runs this online pregnancy fitness system alongside Zest4lifeUK which she launched in 2009 – highly successful Leicestershire based pregnancy and postnatal exercise classes.
In 2014, Jo’s expertise, energy and passion as a pre and post natal exercise specialist was recognised at international fitness convention, Fitpro, where she was given the Award for Excellence.
Joanna is a regular contributor to the national media, providing expert pregnancy and postnatal fitness comment for magazines such as Pregnancy and Birth, Mother and Baby, and Practical Parenting. She is also a writer and gives regular talks for NHS New Mums groups on adapting exercise for the pre and postnatal periods. Her love of writing and public speaking date back to her pre-motherhood career as a university lecturer, as does her academic title of Dr. She is also mum to three lively boys!
